First off, this will be my submission into the Magic Contest at 
This is Luna with her Patronus during the Final Battle. The Patronus Charm is my favorite spell in the Harry Potter universe.
I find Luna to be a person who exudes magic in a way other wizards and witches do not. She may be odd to some, but I find her insightful and thoughtful in a very imaginative way. To me, her personality in itself is magical.

Vision:
This is nearly how I envisioned her when I read the book. I figured she was more along the lines of 5'2" with blonde, slightly wavy hair down to her butt. I was immediately taken in by the reality of her patronous, how alive and full of individual personality it is.
Originality:
This gives Luna a sense of strength and command. I always felt she is very persuasive in a way that makes you listen and realize that her words are giving you a life lesson. I enjoy how her rabbit patronous is walking with her. You have given a really ethereal feel to Luna, and I think that's because you know her so well.
Technique:
Setting: Using a balcony makes it feel as if Luna is going to walk out of the frame and engage the viewer in a fight. Everything frames Luna bringing your attention to the moment at hand.
Impact :
This is so very Luna!
